For over 60 years, Schrade Ball Bearing has been supplying custom designed bearings to meet our customers' exacting requirements. Special bearings are available in quantities of 5,000 or more pieces. We can offer many design features for your bearings, including choices of:
Precision: unground full compliment or cage type to ABEC-1
Materials: stainless, chrome alloy or carbon steels; acetal, neoprene, nylon, polypropylene, ceramic, polyurethane or teflon races
Functional Type: radial, angular contact, or thrust
Finishes: zinc, nickel, chrome or cadmium plating
Inner Ring Profiles: round, threaded, hexagonal, D-shaped or splined bores, threaded studs or rivet types, eccentric or set screw locking collars
Outer Ring Profiles: cylindrical, spherical, flanged, grooved or knurled
Seals or Shields: plastic, rubber or metal
